About

Guided by faith, grounded in service

Our name is the way we approach the work. Solidarity’s partners describe their purpose as being men and women for others.

Solidarity Insurance was built on a simple premise: insurance should not be something that happens to a business owner once a year. It should be a partner working every day.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Addison, Texas, the firm is a boutique independent commercial brokerage with access to markets nationwide. Five full-time risk advisors bring 35+ years of combined experience. Every client works with a dedicated advisor who knows the account, backed by a service team that stays on it after the policy is bound.

The book is not limited to a few industries. We have a wide carrier appetite, and the underwriters we work with give us access to industry expertise across risks. We learn the operation, read the contracts, and represent the client accurately to the marketplace.

We view every business we insure as a vessel of opportunity for the people who depend on it, and we treat the responsibility of protecting it accordingly.

Mission

Solidarity Insurance protects what owners have built. We are men and women for others: we advocate before we ask for business, we educate rather than sell, and we measure success by the total cost of risk — not by premium alone.

“Insurance should respond the way its owner believes it will.”

Our philosophy

Insurance that responds the way you expect

The goal is to close the knowledge gap that often exists between a business and its insurance program. Through a disciplined process, we build each program around the specific operations and risks of the business, rather than forcing the client into a carrier’s template.

We measure success by total cost of risk, not premium alone. The objective is a stronger long-term return on every dollar spent protecting the business. Through the partnership model, every member of the service team has a vested interest in that result.

The process has a name

The Summit: five steps, every client, every time

This commitment is formalized in the Summit, the five-step approach we run for every client. We do not simply place policies. We build and manage a risk program around actual operations, and we stay engaged long after coverage is bound. Representing clients properly to the insurance market is not part of the job. It is the job.

  1. 01 · Discover

We learn your business before we ever talk policy.

    • Sit down with your leadership team to understand operations, culture, and goals.
    • Identify what already keeps you safe, and where the blind spots are.
    • Establish your risk tolerance: what to retain versus what to insure.
  2. 02 · Due Diligence

We audit your program against real benchmarks.

    • Review your policies, five-year loss history, and current risk management practices.
    • Compare your business with how stronger operators in the same industry usually handle risk.
    • Flag the gaps that could cost you before they turn into a claim.
  3. 03 · Design

We build a program made for you, not a boilerplate.

    • Recommend coverage and limits tailored line by line to your actual risk tolerance.
    • Show where self-insuring makes sense, and where it does not.
    • Explain the reasoning behind every recommendation in plain English.
  4. 04 · Deploy

We take the plan to market and put it into action.

    • Market the account to the right carriers for competitive, accurate terms.
    • Walk you through the finished program before anything is bound.
    • Handle the transition and paperwork so nothing falls through the cracks.
  5. 05 · Defend

We stay in it with you, quarter after quarter.

    • Meet quarterly to review claims, payroll, sales, and any new exposures.
    • Flag training and safety opportunities before they become losses.
    • Revisit the program every year as the business grows and changes.
