Capabilities

Total cost of risk, not premium alone

The work is to leave a business better protected per dollar spent — with a program the owner can explain, and a team that stays after the bind.

Solidarity combines the responsiveness of a boutique advisory firm with broad access to admitted, specialty, and excess markets. That reach is what lets a complex account avoid a one-size-fits-all program or a single carrier’s appetite.

We represent the client to the marketplace: accurate submissions, the right markets, and a structure that matches how the business actually runs. Coverage, limits, and retentions are argued from the operation, not copied from last year’s declarations page.

Every account has one dedicated risk advisor. That person is the point of contact. The rest of the service team is behind them, and every member of that team has a reason to care about the long-term result.

  • Traditional insurance transfer

Coverage placed with carriers that fit the account, in a structure the business can actually use.

  • Loss modeling

A practical read on where losses could hurt, and how much of that risk the business should keep.

  • Industry benchmarking

The program compared with how similar businesses are usually covered, not just with last year’s policy.

  • Contractual risk review

Key contracts read before the market is approached, so the coverage can meet what those agreements ask for.

Lines we place

Built line by line

A program is rarely one policy. These are the lines we regularly structure. The recommendation depends on the operation, the contracts, and what the owner is willing to retain.

  • Commercial property
  • General liability
  • Business owner’s policies
  • Commercial auto and fleet
  • Motor truck cargo
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Umbrella and excess
  • Builder’s risk
  • Contractors equipment
  • Surety and contract bonds
  • Inland marine
  • Professional liability
  • Cyber liability
  • Directors and officers
  • Employment practices liability
  • Crime
  • Pollution liability
  • Liquor liability

What changes after the policy is bound

Quarterly, not annual

Claims, payroll, sales, and new exposures are reviewed through the year, while there is still time to do something about them.

Contracts before claims

Additional-insured wording, waivers, and limit requirements are checked against the forms that were actually issued.

A program that can change

Acquisitions, new locations, and new states of operation are a reason to reopen the design, and a reason we can add licenses when the opportunity requires it.
