Zach serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor and leads development of new commercial risk advisors for Solidarity Insurance. In his role, he works closely with business owners to align their insurance programs with the realities of their operations, while also helping ensure Solidarity’s commercial risk advisors are equipped to serve clients with consistency, expertise, and a long-term advisory mindset.

A Texas native, Zach attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas before studying at the University of Oklahoma and later the University of Arkansas, where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Before joining Solidarity, Zach owned and operated A.M.D.G. Roofing and Construction, giving him firsthand experience with the pressures, responsibilities, and risk decisions that come with owning a business. He later transitioned into the insurance industry with Swingle Collins & Associates, where he learned how to bridge those real-world pain points with a disciplined, detailed approach to risk management.

In 2023, Zach and his father left their respective firms to join Solidarity Insurance and help build the agency into what it is today. Their focus has been on creating a firm that delivers meaningful impact for business owners while building something lasting for the next generation.

Zach currently resides in Dallas M-Streets with his wife and fellow Solidarity colleague, Lizette Harry, their dog Roux, and cat Pookie. Outside of work, he can usually be found near a grill, on the golf course, or catching up with friends. He is also deeply faith-driven and remains actively involved with Dallas Jesuit, where he serves on the Junior Alumni Board and continues to foster the brotherhood, service, and sense of community that shaped him.

Aidan serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor to his clients at Solidarity Insurance. He sits with business owners to learn how the company actually operates, then aligns the insurance program with those realities. He brings a financial lens to every account: how the coverage is structured, what the business should retain, and whether the premium is lowering the total cost of risk.

A Dallas native, Aidan graduated from Rollins College in 2022 with a major in international business and a minor in Spanish.

Before joining Solidarity, he spent four and a half years at Goldman Sachs on the alternative capital markets desk, working on LP capital syndication and secondaries brokerage. He left the desk to advise owners directly and to help build the firm.

Outside of work, he spends his time on the golf course, skiing, and traveling.
